Little Getaway Gramercy was an incredible experience, we were there for about 2 weeks and it really felt like home. Entire staff was excellent, Sonia and all the rest took really good care of us. They upgraded our room for no extra cost because of the length of our stay. It was nice and quite, away from the craziness of Tulum but still in prime location. Highly recommend.

Paradise on Earth I couldn't have been more pleased with my recent stay at Gramercy Tulum. I came here on a girls' trip looking for a quiet spot to stay, where we could also venture off to see all that Tulum has to offer. This was the perfect place! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Emmanuel, Fedde, and all of the lovely people that work there. They immediately made us feel at home. I highly recommend a beachfront room where you will fall asleep and wake up to the sound of breaking waves each day. It's truly heavenly. The view is incredible and feels like you have the whole beach to yourself. Of course, that is with the sea turtles. This is most definitely the spot to see them come up at night to hatch their eggs. One laid hers right in front of my patio and it was magical to witness. Whatever you do, keep your distance from them and do not use a camera flash to take pictures. The staff takes the best of care in making sure the eggs are well protected until they hatch, which is also important to note. the SERVICE here is impeccable! We enjoyed both restaurants for breakfast and dinner. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu and their shakes are amazing. Ask for Victor, he will take good care of you. The staff helped us book cenote and yacht excursions, which were the highlights of our trip. My room was also well cleaned each day and I felt safe and secure the whole time I was here. I hope to come back again soon to experience more of this "heaven on earth." I can't give enough praise and thanks for all that Gramercy Tulum did to make this such a memorable trip of a lifetime for all of us.

Great first stay in Tulum Just returned home from my stay at Gramercy Tulum and wish I was heading back there tomorrow. It was my first visit to Tulum and I didn’t know much about the area, but we quickly realized we picked the right hotel for us. The room we stayed in had a private tub and direct access to the beach, and the amenities were great. Fresh coffee was delivered to our room every morning and our room included a big breakfast. The food at Gramercy was some of the best I had in Tulum, and we tried several other restaurants in the area. It’s a quiet part of the beach so no issues with loud partying at night. The staff were so friendly and helped us book cars, dinner reservations and a COVID test. They are awesome and I highly recommend for a couples trip. Ps, definitely rent one of the hotel scooters - it was a highlight of our stay as we got to ride to a nearby Cenote.

Warm and friendly What a great place! I had so much fun! The location is excellent, it’s towards the end of the strip but still close a walking distance to some restaurants and bars, although I’ll still recommend to get a scooter or bicycle (they rent there). If you goes a bit north it’s just so much noise and mess. The hotel staff is so personal and warm, you can text the front desk on WhatsApp lol, they answer fast Emmanuel was extremely friendly and the manager Juan. Everyone is so friendly you really feel like it’s a small village. Food is amazing everything was just perfect! I will recommend to take the ocean view, besides everything above, that was for me the biggest deal. I didn’t want to leave my balcony! It’s a step from the ocean. And the best… it’s pet friendly! Juan dog choco just chilling everywhere 🙂

Love love love it! It was amazing experience. I want from all my heart to say huge thank you for all the team who are working there so hard to do our experience so amazing. First of all it’s very simple, but at the same time very cozy and beautiful hotel. Everything was just great. The room were big and full of light, if you get an ocean view one you will be able to walk from your room straight to the beach, we’ve never been so close to the water before so We gave it extra points. Rooms are being cleaned all the time , they are just spotless. The beach is very clean (not considering all the grass that coming out of the ocean, it’s not hotel’s fault) , there are a lot of people working for your comfort , so for anything you need they will be there for you. Always so smiling and happy even tho they have to work really hard. The restaurant - wow, I don’t even have comments there. The food was great. It’s simple , but prepared with a lot of little details just to please you, we enjoyed it very much. And again all the workers will do everything to make your experience great. If you don’t speak Spanish , it won’t be a problem. They communicated with us just great. The manager here was also very thoughtful, he find time for every customer , just to make sure we are happy here. So far I have to say it was the right choose , I’ll definitely come back here. If you are looking for a very chill place, with a vacation vibe - it will be definitely this hotel. We were able to relax just as we wanted. Huge thanks to everyone who are working there, you guys doing an amazing job!! ❤️
